David Scott Foley (born January 4, 1963) is a Canadian actor, stand-up comedian, director, producer and writer. He is best known as a co-founder of the comedy group The Kids in the Hall.

Dave attended the first Rilo Kiley concert at Spaceland in Los Angeles in January 1998. He took an interest in the band and offered to pay for studio time for them at Sandbox Recording Studio. Dave received a copy of the resulting songs on a burned CD labeled "Fer Dave".
